1. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
3. ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
4. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WIFIHASH FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WiFiHash, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity
• Your breach of any representations or warranties made by you

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
